El producto lo ame super 10/10 pero el problema fue que se demoro un monton casi 3 semas cuando dijeron que tardaba como 1 seman.

Queremos pedirte una sincera disculpa por la demora en la entrega. Entendemos perfectamente que esperar tres semanas cuando se prometió una fue frustrante. Como mencionas, nuestras camisetas son originales e importadas directamente desde Ecuador a través de Marathon Sports, y en esta ocasión tuvimos un contratiempo externo en la aduana. El proceso de liberación tomó mucho más tiempo de lo previsto y se salió totalmente de nuestras manos, lo que nos impidió cumplir con la fecha inicial.
Agradecemos profundamente tu paciencia y el hecho de que comprendas la situación. Tu satisfacción es nuestra prioridad y valoramos mucho que te hayas tomado el tiempo de compartir tu experiencia.
