At BSC Store USA LLC, we strive for your complete satisfaction. To ensure a transparent and fair shopping experience, please carefully review our strict return, refund, and exchange guidelines below.
1. Standard Return Conditions & Timeframes

30-Day Window: Any cancellations, returns, or refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Requests made after this 30-day period will not be accepted.

Condition of Items: All returned items must be in brand-new, sellable condition. This means they must be unworn, unwashed, free from odors (including perfume or smoke), free from stains, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

Return Authorization Required: You must contact us at info@bscstoreusa.com to receive approval before mailing any item back. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
2. Personalized & Customized Items (Strictly Final Sale)
Items personalized by customer request (e.g., adding a name, number, patches, etc.) are uniquely customized and cannot be resold. Therefore, personalized items do not qualify for returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

The Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel or change a personalized order, you must notify us immediately via email, text, or phone call. If the item has already entered the customization process or has been printed, a refund or change will no longer be possible, as the personalization cannot be undone.

Liability for Customer Typos: Upon placing an order, an automated Order Confirmation email is sent detailing your exact personalization request. Failure to notify us of any typos or errors before the item is processed constitutes your final acceptance of the service as written. * Denial of Liability: BSC Store USA LLC expressly denies any liability for spelling, formatting, or numbering errors that arise from the information inputted by the customer. We print exactly what is requested. Claims stating the customer "did not make that mistake" will be dismissed if our records match the customer's original inputted text.
3. Non-Returnable Items & International Orders

International Orders: Due to the extremely high import duties, customs fees, and logistical complexities associated with merchandise re-entering the United States, all international orders are strictly Final Sale. They do not qualify for reimbursements, returns, or exchanges.

Fragile or Special Nature Items: Certain items do not qualify for exchanges or refunds due to their fragility or the risk of damage during return transit. If an item is non-returnable, it will be clearly noted in the item’s product description.
4. Return and Exchange Shipping Fees
Unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or an error made by BSC Store USA LLC, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. To simplify the process, we apply the following flat fees:

For Refunds: A $9.00 flat fee will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover the cost of the return shipping label.

For Exchanges: An $18.00 flat fee will be charged to cover the shipping costs of both the returned item coming back to us and the new replacement item going out to you.

Note: These fees are standard baselines. The fee may be higher depending on the weight, dimensions, and nature of the specific item being returned or exchanged.
5. Customer Mistakes and Address Errors
Customers are fully responsible for ensuring the correct size, personalization details, and accurate shipping and billing addresses are provided during checkout.
- BSC Store USA LLC is not responsible for any losses, misdeliveries, or delays due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Any orders lost or delayed due to customer entry errors will not qualify for reimbursements, discounts, or refunds of any kind.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
By completing a purchase with BSC Store USA LLC, you agree to these terms. Any claim, dispute, or legal action arising from a transaction with BSC Store USA LLC shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, and exclusive jurisdiction shall reside in the courts located in Connecticut.
